Line Management for Innovative Technology-based SMEs
Line managers in innovative technology-based SMEs play a critical role in the success of an organisation. They are responsible for getting things done and need to balance this against the needs of a fluid innovative organisation.
This workshop is an introduction to the fundamentals of effective line management.
Who should attend:
Newly appointed line managers or more experienced line mangers of innovative SMEs who would like a refresher.

- The roles and responsibilities of line managers
- Line manager key communication skills
- How to get the most from your team
Please note that the workshop is part-funded by European Regional Development Funded (ERDF) and is available to eligible SME applicants as part of phase 2 of the Innovation Support for Business (ISfB) programme.
