OxLEP Business Growth Accelerator
This 5 week programme offers 3 face to face practical workshop sessions and 2 individual online mentoring sessions, designed to help Oxfordshire’s SMEs to grow.
The Growth Accelerator will benefit businesses that are ready to grow by helping to identify, assess and manage the challenges of growth and also with developing essential pitching skills; to help secure funders, win clients and build partnerships.
You’ll identify and learn strategies to manage growth challenges including:
• Securing finance
• Management and building a team
• Business strategy
• Systems and efficiencies required for growth
The application process is competitive and has a selection criteria.
The minimum criteria is your business must:
- Have been trading for at least a year
- Have a product or service that generates an income
- Be anticipating growth over the next 12 months
- Be under £500K revenue
We are looking for applicants who can commit to completing the full programme to ensure that they get the best results. There will also be some preparation required ahead of the first session.
Workshop session dates:
25th October, 08:30 – 1:30
8th November, 08:30 – 1:30
22nd November, 08:30 – 1:30
Mentoring session dates:
1st November, 1h at an agreed time
15th November, 1h at an agreed time
There will also be a follow up event a few weeks after the final session, we will confirm the details for this soon.
