Supercharge your SME performance & build sustainable competitive advantage
Find out how investing in your employee experience could make your business more profitable, lower employee turnover & generate more revenue
Organisations who invest in employee experience have found that they are more profitable, have lower employee turnover, generate more revenue, and have far superior stock price performance over their peers. The return on investment on employee experience has proven to be very significant.
Attendees of LCMB's “Supercharge your SME performance” workshop, in partnership with Oxfordshire Greentech, will hear how to maximise the return on investment they get from two critical drivers of performance, their people and their real estate by:
1. Ensuring they have a people strategy that aligns the cultural environment with their business strategy
2. Their workplaces allow their people to thrive and reduces their resource use, reducing operational costs, energy use and carbon emissions
The workshop will be delivered by Rob Robson - Business Psychologist and Principle of 8Connect People & Change Consulting and John O’Brien – Founder and MD of LCMB Building Performance Specialists.
Rob works with business leaders to help them unlock change and enable performance through their people. John leads Oxford Greentech member organisation LCMB, who work with clients to ensure their workplaces, buildings and estate allow their people and organisation to thrive.
Attendees of the workshop will leave with actions to:
• Review, enhance and improve their people strategy to ensure sustainable performance
• More effectively align employee engagement and motivation with business priorities
• Ensure their people and organisations thrive by improving workplace wellbeing, performance and productivity
• Reduce their workplace, buildings and estate operational costs and improve their environmental performance
In addition, Rob and John will give the workshop attendees a toolkit to take away to plan and improve their people strategy, employee experience and workplace performance.
