The eagerly-anticipated Innovation Quarter at Oxford Technology Park is ready for fit out and occupancyopening its doors to businesses who are looking to join a community built specifically for the life science sector.
On 22 SeptemberOxford Technology Park welcomed over 100 businesses for tours of the new spacewhich features 11 two-storey buildings of striking contemporary designfrom 5160 sq ft to 7045 sq ft which are available individually or in combination. Each unit is highly flexible to suit the varied needs of science-based occupiers from spinouts and start-ups to second and third generation businesses that require grow-on opportunities.
The buildings are arranged in two terraces flanking a central service area offering scope for external storage along with generous loading parking and amenity space. All elevations have been finished to an extremely high spec with full height glazing allowing light into every corner and the public facing elevations having an impressive canopy.
Oxford Technology Park has the unique benefit of being at the commercial centre of innovative activity with London Oxford Airport Begbroke and the high-tech/life-science hubs of Oxford all in close proximity. An amenity-rich environment is on the park’s doorstep with a large gym shops restaurants and character pubs. The launch of the Innovation Quarter follows on from the completion of a 49000 sq.ft. HQ facility for The Native Antigen Companythe 34125 sq.ft. landmarklab-enabled office Building One and a 101-bedroom hotel and restaurant. The next 12 to 18 months will see the development of a further seven hybrid buildings at the park.
