New OxTalks episode – 'How to create a happy and motivated workforce'

The latest episode of OxLEP’s very own podcast‘OxTalks’ – which aims to support Oxfordshire’s business community to be the very best it can – has today (8 January) been released.

This edition from the podcast’s second series entitled: ‘How to create a happy and motivated workforce’ – and sponsored by leading national law firm Mills & Reeve – sees host Howard Bentham joined by Sarah Powell HR Director at luxury Oxfordshire hotel Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons.

In this episode Sarah shares her career journey and the knowledge she has gained through working her way up the hospitality ladder. Having worked for big organisations such as Hilton Hotels Crowne Plaza and Soho House she now works for Belmond where she is in charge of HR at Le Manoir and Interim Area Director of HR for Northern Europe and Africa.
