Oxfordshire laboratory providing COVID-19 testing for NHS staff

Systems Biology Laboratory (SBL) is an Oxfordshire medical research laboratory who have started testing frontline NHS staff in response to the Coronavirus pandemic.

Mike Fischer founder of SBL says they are now running around 100 tests a day and providing front line testing twice a week for 14 GP practices across the countywith potential to scale up over the coming weeks.

Mike Fischer has now launched The Covid-19 Volunteer testing Network encouraging other small laboratories to follow suit.
