WATCH NOW: OxLEP digital Q&A: ‘Supporting businesses through the COVID-19 pandemic’

The first in our series of digital Q&As – created to support our business community through the COVID-19 pandemic – saw a panel come together yesterday afternoon (29 April)made-up of some of the county’s leading business and elected figures.

‘Supporting businesses through the COVID-19 pandemic’ covered a variety of key topics such as; access to the Government’s Coronavirus business support schemes rate relief grants administered by local authorities and potential measures businesses can put in-place to help them to be more resilient.

The Q&A – introduced by OxLEP’s Rob Panting – was chaired by Howard Bentham with the following panel members taking part:

• Cllr. Barry Wood – Leader Cherwell District Council and OxLEP Board member
• Wendy Hart – Partner Grant Thornton and OxLEP Board member
• Ashley Keen – Local Director Metro Bank
• Isabel Bishop – PartnerKnights PLC
