Partner organisations
There are a variety of ways in which we work with partner organisations:
1. OXME is the young people's website for Oxfordshire County Council. It contains information about health, learning, work experience, jobs for young people: https://oxme.info
2. National Career Service (NCS) provide information, advice and guidance to help you make decisions on learning, training and work: https://nationalcareers.service.gov.uk
3. Job Centre Plus is a government-funded employment agency and social security office that can be found in most cities, whose aim it is to help people of working age find employment in the UK: https://www.jobcentreguide.co.uk/jobcentre-plus-guide/4/what-is-the-jobcentre-plus
4. The Careers and Enterprise Company (CEC) acts as a catalyst, connecting employers with schools and colleges throughout England to deliver world-class careers education. Volunteers can share their career journey and insights with young people in schools and colleges across Oxfordshire: https://www.careersandenterprise.co.uk/give-an-hour
5. The South East Apprenticeship Ambassador Network (SEAAN) is a group of employers whose main aim is to spearhead the drive to engage new employers to commit to apprenticeship delivery across South East England: https://www.seaan.org.uk
6. Cornerstone employers support the CEC Careers Hub programme, by working with their networks and wider business community to ensure that young people have access to the career opportunities they need. Our cornerstone employers include: Oxford University Hospitals Foundation Trust, Integration Technology, UKAEA – UK Atomic Energy Authority, Unipart Group, Oxford Brookes University, Mini BMW Plant Oxford, Willmott Dixon and EKFB
