Three rounds of funding supported 30 projects that are enhancing the lives and skills of people in Oxfordshire, enriching places, sparking enterprise and boosting connectivity across the county.
By 2030, all Local Growth Fund projects are collectively anticipated to lead to the creation of 9,500 jobs, support the development of 1,800 new homes and enable at least another £850million-worth of additional funding.
To ensure the wider Oxfordshire community are aware of the fund’s impact, we developed an animation – ‘Lighting the Spark’ – which brings to life just where Local Growth Fund allocations were spent and the major benefits to which it is leading for businesses and communities across the county.
