Ongoing activities that form the governance structure at Enterprise Oxfordshire:

How we reached our governance process and our ongoing monitoring:

Following a review of Local Enterprise Partnership governance and transparency, led by Mary Ney, our Nominations and Personnel Committee agreed to adopt that recommended Code of Conduct.

This decision was made after thorough discussions during our Board cycle period between December 2017 and March 2018. All Board Directors and the Corporate Management Team were informed about and approved a set of Code of Conduct requirements.

This governance and transparency process has been followed ever since, though continues to be reviewed as part of our shareholder relationship with Oxfordshire County Council.

Our Board of Non-executive Directors continue to meet on at least quarterly basis throughout any calendar year.

Regarding our executive team, all staff members are required to sign-up to our staff handbook upon appointment. This handbook includes our code of conduct and adherence to the Nolan Principles.

By doing so, we ensure a professional and ethical work environment.
