Listed below are our upcoming, scheduled meetings.
In-line with our governance structure, we are committed to welcoming members of the public to observe our meetings. Members of the public can join meetings from designated times and there is an opportunity to direct questions arising from the agenda.
Visitors must pre-register to attend meetings. Please send your meeting attendance request to Rob Panting (Communications Manager) via: [email protected]. This should be done at 24 hours prior to a meeting taking place.
Commitment to transparency:
We are committed to transparency, so we will make sure that agendas and papers for Board meetings are published five working days in advance of respective meetings.
Within 10 working days of the meeting taking place, meeting minutes will be published. If necessary, the minutes may be in draft form until they are finalised and signed-off as per our governance process.
We follow the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Meetings and Access to Information) (England) Regulations 2012 and Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, amended, to determine exemptions and classifications for documents.

We have archived historical meeting agendas and minutes. Because of this, they may not appear on this website but will have been made public previously as in accordance with our governance process.
