Cllr Andy Graham

Cllr. Andy Graham has served as Mayor of Bishop Stortford and as a member/councillor on East Herts Council for 16 years between 1995 and 2011. He was elected to West Oxfordshire District Council in 2015 and is Leader of the Liberal Democrat Group.
He has set up two charities; Snap Theatre Company and A’s A’s Ltd for children and young people.
He was elected to Oxfordshire County Council is May 2021 and became Leader of West Oxfordshire District Council in May 2022.
Nominated to the Board as current Leader of West Oxfordshire District Council.
