Cllr Bethia Thomas became leader of the Vale of White Horse District Council in 2019, taking over from Cllr Emily Smith.
Bethia represents Faringdon Ward in the South West of the County and has lived and worked in Oxfordshire for over 20 years.
Bethia is also a County Councillor representing Faringdon Division.
