Helen Ryan-Wallis

Helen has over 20 years' experience gained within economic development, tourism, inward investment and strategy development, both in the public and private sectors. She is a fellow of The Tourism Society (FTS).

Helen is responsible for building and managing relationships with a wide range of partners, stakeholders and government to develop strategies and policies and oversee the effective implementation of these through the development and management of programmes to drive recovery, investment, innovation and economic growth within Oxfordshire. 

Helen is passionate about the creative industries, culture and the arts, and the visitor economy in Oxfordshire. She is currently responsible for delivering the £1.64 million Visitor Economy Renaissance Programme by March 2024.
