Lyn Davies
Lyn started her career in local government finance where she qualified as an accountant, before spending over 20 years at Capita Group PLC in leadership roles covering the full business cycle in management consulting, technology and customer services, as well as working at an SME consultancy as an operations director and as a freelance consultant.
Lyn has worked with clients from government and non-profit sectors and with SMEs and major brands across multiple industry sectors - she has particular expertise in business optimisation, building business partnerships and shaping business for growth.
Throughout her career, Lyn has been an active volunteer in her community, supporting Oxfordshire schools and charities.
Lyn is responsible for OxLEP’s operational services and governance - including HR, finance, risk, legal, communications and compliance functions - and is also our Company Secretary.
